1. Getting Started

The WNZ 2in1 Heat Pump Cylinder combines innovative heating efficiency with smart home convenience.

Before you begin, ensure all electrical and water connections are properly completed by a qualified trades person.

For Installers (or Owners not using the Phone App)

1. Once installation is complete and connections are secure, switch on the unit.

2. Follow the temperature setup guide by watching this short video:

This video walks you through the temperature control setup directly from the on-unit control panel.

For Homeowners Using the 2in1 Smartphone App

Once your home Wi-Fi is available, you can control your 2in1 system directly from your smartphone.

2. Connect the app to your heat pump cylinder using Wi-Fi by following 2in1 WIFI Setting Up Guide.pdf

These two guides will help you link the control panel on your unit to your phone for easy temperature control anytime, anywhere.

2. Warranty and Support

Your 2in1 Heat Pump Cylinder is backed by a 7-year warranty, giving you confidence and peace of mind.

Free Delivery within Christchurch

We provide free delivery throughout Christchurch.

If you require installation or on-site setup, our service rates are:

$150 + GST for the first hour

$110 + GST per hour thereafter

• Travel charges may apply outside Christchurch.

3. Maintenance and Owner Responsibility

To keep your system running efficiently:

• Regularly check and replace the sacrificial anode when required.

• Keep the system in good working condition.

• Contact our office to learn more about our regular maintenance services.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation, improper operation, or unauthorised modifications

• Power surges, lightning strikes, or unstable power supply

• Corrosion or freezing due to poor water quality or lack of maintenance

• Labour, transport, or service call-out costs for inspection or repair

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., anodes, filters, fuses)
